Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Product Expert to join a fast-growing managed technology environment supporting international live events.
This is a high-impact technical role for someone who wants to become the go-to expert in their product area. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for Intercom-related product questions, support technical planning and system preparation, and work closely with internal teams, customers and product stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and preparing systems for international multimedia events
- Supporting sales and project management teams with technical expertise
- Acting as the key contact for internal and customer-related product questions in Intercom technology
- Working closely with developers, architects, product owners and product managers to share project and client feedback
- Helping create standards and solutions with Product Experts and the wider Experts Team
- Delivering training, guidance and knowledge-sharing materials
- Coordinating on-site service, demos and training where required
What we’re looking for
- Strong operational technical experience in a relevant market
- Deep product knowledge in relevant hardware and software solutions
- Strong IT understanding, including network configurations and PTP
- Ability to work directly with customers and external partners
- Confidence presenting and operating at stakeholder level
- A genuine interest in knowledge-sharing, training and building internal expertise
Location
This role is based around Wuppertal and requires regular on-site presence, with 3–4 days per week on site indicated in the briefing.

- €70,000–€80,000 base salary
