Job Description

A leading provider of streaming solutions is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. Their award-winning technology powers some of the biggest names in broadcasting, media, and entertainment worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.

  • Driving customer satisfaction and retention by understanding business goals and aligning solutions to meet them.

  • Overseeing onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success for enterprise-level customers.

  • Proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Monitoring client usage, providing insights, and ensuring ROI is clearly demonstrated.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success / Account Management role, ideally in SaaS, OTT, broadcast, or media technology.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A strategic thinker who can balance customer needs with commercial outcomes.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into customer value.
