🌍 About the Role

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients. You’ll represent their needs internally, nurture trusted relationships, and ensure they achieve maximum value from our solutions. This is a hands-on role that blends account management, technical understanding, and strategic insight.

You’ll get to work on projects ranging from broadcast apps and streaming platforms to live Pay-Per-View sporting events. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love being at the intersection of technology and client relationships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the trusted partner for your allocated clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

  • Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and workflows, representing their needs internally.

  • Drive tasks to completion by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

  • Build in-depth knowledge of our video streaming products and services.

  • Maintain visibility of client projects and issues, ensuring proactive follow-up and resolution.

  • Spot opportunities for clients to gain further commercial and operational value.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in client success, account management, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of the digital video and streaming landscape (OTT, encoding, metadata, CDNs, adaptive streaming, cloud platforms).

  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.

  • Technically curious, with the ability to understand complex concepts and liaise with experts.

  • Organised, methodical, and proactive, with excellent written and verbal communication.

  • A true relationship builder; personable, empathetic, and commercially aware.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in a SaaS environment.

  • Hands-on exposure to video technologies (encoding, ad insertion, transcoding).

  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, Charles Proxy, or Sentry.

  • Additional language skills.

Location & Flexibility

London-based (hybrid working, ~2 days WFH), with occasional UK/international travel. Some flexibility outside office hours may be required to support critical client needs.
