What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.

Driving customer satisfaction and retention by understanding business goals and aligning solutions to meet them.

Overseeing onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success for enterprise-level customers.

Proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Monitoring client usage, providing insights, and ensuring ROI is clearly demonstrated.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a Customer Success / Account Management role, ideally in SaaS, OTT, broadcast, or media technology.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
