🌍 About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients. You’ll represent their needs internally, nurture trusted relationships, and ensure they achieve maximum value from our solutions. This is a hands-on role that blends account management, technical understanding, and strategic insight.
You’ll get to work on projects ranging from broadcast apps and streaming platforms to live Pay-Per-View sporting events. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love being at the intersection of technology and client relationships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do

Act as the trusted partner for your allocated clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and workflows, representing their needs internally.

Drive tasks to completion by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Build in-depth knowledge of our video streaming products and services.

Maintain visibility of client projects and issues, ensuring proactive follow-up and resolution.

Spot opportunities for clients to gain further commercial and operational value.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in client success, account management, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of the digital video and streaming landscape (OTT, encoding, metadata, CDNs, adaptive streaming, cloud platforms).

Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.

Technically curious, with the ability to understand complex concepts and liaise with experts.

Organised, methodical, and proactive, with excellent written and verbal communication.

A true relationship builder; personable, empathetic, and commercially aware.
Nice-to-Have

Experience in a SaaS environment.

Hands-on exposure to video technologies (encoding, ad insertion, transcoding).

Familiarity with tools like Postman, Charles Proxy, or Sentry.

Additional language skills.
Location & Flexibility
London-based (hybrid working, ~2 days WFH), with occasional UK/international travel. Some flexibility outside office hours may be required to support critical client needs.
