Job Description

We're looking for passionate QA Engineers, to join a leading video solutions company where you'll work across a range of projects and play a key part in the delivery of production-ready solutions for their clients across the media and broadcast sector.

As a QA Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring their products meet the highest standards. Your role will include:

  • Designing, executing, and improving test cases across the full software development lifecycle.

  • A mix of both manual and automated web testing.
  • Evaluating requirements, functionality, and user stories to ensure complete coverage.

  • Reporting and documenting defects clearly using Jira.

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and occasionally external partners.

  • Troubleshooting issues and proactively improving testing processes.

Your experience:

  • 2.5+ years of experience in software QA testing.

  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • A proactive, collaborative, and organised approach.

Bonus points for

  • Knowledge of video streaming technologies (encoding, CDNs, adaptive streaming, cloud platforms).

  • Experience testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, Smart TVs, consoles).

  • Familiarity with Jira and debugging tools such as Charles Proxy.

Note: This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week from their Central London office.
