A leading Pro-Audio technology manufacturer is seeking a Software Development Head / Manager to oversee Software, FPGA and Product teams.

This pivotal role requires a proven track record in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams, a deep understanding of software development, product management, FPGA technology, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and structure to our software, product, and FPGA teams, support a technology stack transition, and possess knowledge of audio products (not just audio-visual). 

Key Responsibilities;

• Lead and manage software, product, and FPGA teams, providing guidance and support for their success.
• Develop and maintain effective organizational structure and processes to enhance team productivity and project management.
• Oversee a team of 13 direct reports and 8 indirect reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Support the transition from a Delphi tech-stack to C# by coordinating with teams and ensuring a seamless migration.
• Utilize your expertise in audio products to provide insights and direction for relevant projects.

This role is salary+bonus AND is hybrid with 3 days a week onsite, Monday, Thursday and the 3rd day is up to you!
