Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to join a global sports rights holder on a permanent basis.

As a Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will join an experienced team and be responsible for the management and ongoing growth of a number of the organisation's key global commercial partners, ensuring the delivery of contractual rights across broadcast, digital, events, and hospitality. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, up to and including executive leadership level, and work with partners and supporting agencies to develop sponsorship strategies and identify areas of mutual objectives that can be developed.

As a key member of the team, you will also work with the Partnership Team to support the wider business objectives and assist in the department achieving its overall commercial objectives.

Applicants should have a proven background in commercial partnership management, ideally from a sports marketing/sponsorship agency, with experience working with high-profile global commercial partners in a sporting environment. You should be highly experienced in activating sponsorships and have excellent account management skills, working with contacts up to executive management level. You should be able to work independently, be performance-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, delivering to tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also important, with any additional language skills being beneficial.

Due to the nature of the sport, some weekend work and international travel to events are essential, so a flexible approach to this is important.

Candidates should be fully eligible to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
