• Assist in planning, rigging, and supporting major festivals and events throughout the year.
• Provide guidance and first-line support to national operational teams.
• Support internally run projects and contribute to their success.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of broadcast solutions and IT systems.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration.
• Physical fitness to manually move equipment to various locations.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Full driving license required, do not need to have access to a vehicle.
