Our client is seeking a Broadcast Operational Support Engineer to provide their skills and expertise with projects, collaborating with their technology partners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level technical support for broadcast operations.
• Utilize cutting-edge remote production technology from partners such as Ross, Evertz, EVS, and RTS.
• Ensure seamless team collaboration and effective vendor management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and system maintenance efforts.
• Support Outside Broadcasts, including weekend work as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operational or support roles within the broadcast industry.
• Understanding of broadcast solutions, including playout, encoding, transmission, and distribution.
• Knowledge of remote production workflows and broadcast technologies/systems (e.g., BT Vena, SDI, IP, Dante, Madi, JPEG XS).
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
