Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect to join a leading provider of Audio Visual Technology Solutions, specialising in creating immersive experiences for various prestigious venues worldwide including exhibitions, museums, stadia, and theaters.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be a pivotal resource working across departments, focusing on pre-sales and the early design phases of projects. Your role will involve providing technical insight, advice, and oversight to the business development team. You will collaborate with designers and clients, offering expert technical guidance to define AV solutions that best suit their design intent. Additionally, you will engage with lead and support engineers to ensure the highest quality of engineering output, while supporting, mentoring, and developing engineers as they gain exposure to new concepts and technologies. Your proactive approach will be crucial in identifying opportunities for applied R&D and engaging with Account/Project Managers to implement them.

Applicants should be highly experienced in audiovisual design with wide-ranging knowledge of technologies and a focus on technical innovation. You should be able to show a track record of winning and delivering technology solutions in AV with a strong understanding of IT and networks. Excellent communication skills are also vital, as is the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with as many of the following technologies would be of interest:

  • 7thSense, Watchout, and Pixera advanced media serving solutions
  • QSC ecosystem
  • Crestron Control and NVX systems
  • Ease - acoustic simulation software
  • Mapping Matters - Projection simulation design platform
  • Autodesk Revit - BIM
