Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of foreign-language versioning services seek a skilled individual with expertise in media workflows, automation, and asset management. 

As MAM Technical Support Engineer you will provide provide first-class end user support and be an escalation point for the help desk team. Another element of the role is project-based, assisting development and design of new processes, for which coding experience is required. You must therefore possess advanced skills in SQL, C#, Visual Studio SDK, and REST API integrations.

To be considered you must have experience working with asset management systems and support, automation, transcoding, and QC systems at a technical and code level. You just have also have an understanding of Unix, Windows, and Apple operating systems, and cloud environments in the media industry.
