Job Description

We are working with a leading provider of global transmission services for live TV content worldwide who are looking to recruit a Technical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis,  

As Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of key projects playing a critical role in overseeing service delivery, coordinating logistics, managing resources, and ensuring operations run smoothly.  You will work across the complete project lifecycle from kick off through to delivery whilst helping to shape key worklfows and processes.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of broadcast and telecommunications solutions, including the delivery of telecommunications connectivity 
  • Organise and manage the logistics for live broadcast events and long-term installations.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier relationships, ensuring accurate quotes and cost control.
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, managing timelines and aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and address potential project risks, keeping everything on track.

What You Will Bring:

  • Solid experience in project management and service delivery from the telecommunications or broadcasting sector.
  • A good understanding of broadcasting workflows including satellite and broadcaster operators 
  • Proficient in modern project management tools
  • Strong documentation writing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non technical audiences
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for working collaboratively.
  • Any project management qualification is desirable but not essential.
