We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive to drive growth in the US West region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients, focusing on driving revenue growth through tailored media technology solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring top-notch customer service and support throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support, product development, and marketing to address client needs and align on strategy.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to foster client retention and achieve growth objectives.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, customer feedback, and account status updates, while managing and updating CRM systems effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and generate new leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or technical sales, preferably in media technology or broadcast solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and an established network in the media industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Western US region as needed.
