Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of consumer-facing products across our mobile and web platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping product strategy, driving user engagement, and fostering growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on subscriber retention and increasing engagement times across both web and mobile sites.
- Formulate product strategy and roadmap aimed at increasing UI/UX experience, improving recommendations, and enhancing content discovery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Utilize data to inform decision-making, prioritize features, and evaluate product performance.
- Work with marketing teams to devise go-to-market strategies and enhance SEO optimization.
- Ensure products are designed for optimal usability, performance, and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, incorporating user and stakeholder feedback into product development.
- Lead A/B testing and experiments to refine product features and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products.
- Expertise in overseeing both mobile and web products.
- Strong command of SEO best practices and integrating SEO into product development.
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-centric approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in project management and leading diverse teams in an Agile development environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- User-centric mindset with understanding of consumer needs and behaviors.
