Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of consumer-facing products across our mobile and web platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping product strategy, driving user engagement, and fostering growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on subscriber retention and increasing engagement times across both web and mobile sites.
  • Formulate product strategy and roadmap aimed at increasing UI/UX experience, improving recommendations, and enhancing content discovery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Utilize data to inform decision-making, prioritize features, and evaluate product performance.
  • Work with marketing teams to devise go-to-market strategies and enhance SEO optimization.
  • Ensure products are designed for optimal usability, performance, and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, incorporating user and stakeholder feedback into product development.
  • Lead A/B testing and experiments to refine product features and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products.
  • Expertise in overseeing both mobile and web products.
  • Strong command of SEO best practices and integrating SEO into product development.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and data-centric approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in project management and leading diverse teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • User-centric mindset with understanding of consumer needs and behaviors.
