A client of ours, a global leader in cutting-edge audio technology, is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to enhance their in-house marketing capabilities.
About the Role
This role goes beyond social media, encompassing acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing. You'll have the chance to shape and execute impactful campaigns, working with a small, passionate team and external resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Optimise campaigns using tools like HubSpot or Active Campaign, with a focus on tagging, segmentation, and compliance.
- Collaborate with content and PR teams, with access to third-party suppliers for creative needs.

Assist in the creation and execution of digital strategies for the brand and individual product lines
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–6 years in digital marketing, with end-to-end campaign management experience.
- Background in technical, product-driven industries preferred; music/live entertainment familiarity is a plus.
- Enjoys being hands on and is confident with applying feedback to campaigns and managing relationships internally

Experience of implementing integrated digital campaigns utilising multiple platforms and tools including database management, CMS and electronic mailer platform experience

- Hybrid working, in-office (3 days/week preferred) from the company site in Surrey
