An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing leader in the event and broadcast technology sector. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across domestic and international markets.

Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Proactively manage the sales pipeline, using both inbound and outbound lead generation techniques.

Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Achieve and exceed sales targets in collaboration with senior leadership

Support the preparation of tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs), contributing strategic sales insight.
Qualifications and Experience:

Background in business administration, sales management, or equivalent commercial training.

Industry knowledge in live entertainment, broadcast, streaming, connectivity, and corporate events is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the above sectors.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
This role focuses initially on the Australian market with the potential to expand into APAC and global territories for the right candidate.
