Our client, a specialist in cloud-based and onsite scheduling, management and collaboration software is seeking a Product Specialist to join their term on a permanent basis. 

As a Product Specialist, you'll be key in tailoring and optimising software for diverse media clients, leading implementation, training, and support processes.

Location: Palma de Mallorca Hybrid Set-Up (2 days a week on site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Lead software integration, customize workflows, and conduct client training.
• Product Expertise: Master the client's products, troubleshoot, create user documentation, and provide ongoing client support.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven adaptability in diverse workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in project implementation or consulting.
• Media industry background or familiarity with SaaS, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.
