Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join a well known and highly regarded professional audio technology company.
As Head of Sales, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales managers across multiple regions including EMEA, APAC and The Nordics
- Oversee all aspects of the day to day operations of the department
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve company's annual revenue targets
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients and distribution partners
- Identify new business opportunities and penetrate untapped markets
- Regularly present the company at industry events and trade shows worldwide
We are looking for candidates with:
- A proven track record in leading global sales teams within the audio technology sector
- Experience in selling high-value, low volume project-based solutions to senior executives
- A strong background in managing and selling through international distribution networks
- Demonstrable experience in identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth understanding of sales systems and structures
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
This role will require regular travel (approximately 10 days a month) internationally to visit clients, channel partners, distributors and attend trade shows, demos and events. When not travelling the role can be split between 3 days in the office and 2 remotely per week.
