Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookings Coordinator to join a leading broadcast hire equipment facility based in London on a permanent basis. In this role, you will work as part of a close-knit team and be responsible for providing crew and equipment to the broadcast industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client portfolios, collaborating with the bookings teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Scheduling and booking equipment and freelance crew for a range of projects within broadcast
- Handling administrative tasks such as raising PO's, processing invoices, and maintaining job sheets
- Overseeing projects from initial quoting through to completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a similar environment (rental houses, kit or equipment companies etc)
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with Rentman software is beneficial.
