Key Responsibilities

• Transform client requirements into clear project tickets for development teams

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to account managers

• Present as a subject matter expert to clients, understanding their business needs

• Create comprehensive documentation, including technical diagrams and how-to guides

• Lead technical learning sessions and project kick-offs

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of software development or comparable experience

• Strong understanding or interest in video streaming technologies (encoding, OTT delivery, CDNs)

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)

• Passion for staying current with TV and digital video broadcast trends
