We are partnering with a leading provider of cutting-edge Audio Visual and IT integration solutions that deliver exceptional experiences across enterprise, entertainment, and large-scale venues. This organization is known for its high standards of quality, innovation, and technical expertise, and they are looking for an AV Field Engineer to join their growing team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing advanced AV projects to life - configuring, testing, and commissioning systems that span audio, video, control, and networking technologies. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and installers, ensuring seamless integration and top-quality results for clients. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in AV and IT systems who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on work, and travel.
What You’ll Do

Commission, configure, and test AV and IT systems across diverse environments.

Provide technical expertise on system design, integration, and end-user functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Troubleshoot complex audio, video, and networking issues.

Train end-users and provide Tier 3 technical support when needed.

Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of AV/IT field experience.

Strong knowledge of AV theory, system configuration, and IP networking.

Proficiency with platforms and tools such as Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, Biamp, Dante, Cisco, Zoom, and Teams.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD documentation.

Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
