Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Pre-Sales and Solutions Lead in the broadcast industry. The role involves technical leadership from pre-sales to delivery, designing and presenting IP broadcast solutions, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful system integration.
Role Overview

Serve as the technical lead across pre-sales, design, and delivery stages.

Work with customers to evaluate workflows and identify the most effective solutions.

Create system designs, proposals, and detailed technical documentation.

Present and validate IP-based broadcast solutions through demonstrations and proofs-of-concept.

Collaborate with internal teams to capture customer feedback and influence future improvements.

Oversee integration and ensure solutions meet both technical and operational requirements.
Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

5–7 years of experience in live broadcast production system design and deployment.

Minimum 3 years of experience with SMPTE ST 2110-based IP environments.

Strong understanding of media transport and compression standards (JPEG2000, JPEG XS, H.264, H.265, TICO).

Solid knowledge of IP networking alongside broadcast technologies.

Proven background in technical solution sales with excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and attention to detail.

Availability for travel up to 120 days per year.

Based in Southern California or LA Metro Area preferred.
