Job Description
We are supporting a client with a fast-paced technology and change project that requires an experienced Project Manager to step in at short notice.
The assignment is focused on migrating key post production and data workflows onto a new system within a tight timeframe. This will involve working closely with both creative and technology teams, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring the change is successfully delivered without disrupting business-critical output.
This is a hands-on role that will require someone comfortable operating in detail while also providing senior stakeholders with the information they need to make decisions.
-
Lead the migration of post production workflows and associated data onto a new vendor system.
-
Collaborate closely with creative teams and technology stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and understanding across functions.
-
Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
-
Gather and document requirements clearly, providing structured outputs that can be prioritised effectively.
-
Oversee project delivery, change management, and risk management throughout the migration.
-
Provide regular status reports and project updates to senior stakeholders.
-
Ensure successful handover and embed new workflows within the organisation.
We are looking for someone who is:
-
Experienced in project management and change management within fast-paced environments.
-
Skilled in business analysis – able to extract, document, and present requirements clearly.
-
Strong background in post production, creative workflows, and data processes.
-
Confident working with both creative and technology teams, able to bridge the gap between them.
-
Able to work at pace, quickly gain an overview of complex projects, and build credibility with teams.
-
Hands-on and detail-driven, while still able to provide senior stakeholders with concise decision-making information.
-
Confident managing a project team and third-party vendors.
-
Flexible with hybrid working – able to attend the London office for workshops and meetings as required, with the balance of time working remotely.
