As a Broadcast Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless delivery of live sports broadcasts to global rights holders. Working across both planning and live operations, you’ll coordinate, monitor, and troubleshoot transmissions across a packed calendar of world-class sporting events.

What you’ll do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee live transmission operations for international sports tournaments and events.

• Manage bookings for contribution and distribution via satellite, fibre, IP and SRT.

• Provide live monitoring, routing, and troubleshooting of feeds from the broadcast operations hub.

• Liaise with production, engineering, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and swift resolution of technical issues.

• Maintain transmission schedules, logs, and technical documentation.

• Support post-event reporting and day-to-day broadcast operations.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in live broadcast operations, ideally within a live sports or major events environment.

• Strong understanding of contribution and distribution workflows (satellite, fibre, IP/SRT/Zixi, BT Tower).

• Confident in video/audio monitoring, signal routing, and talkback systems.

• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.

• A proactive communicator who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
