Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, technically minded Creative Technical Operator to support the delivery of high-quality promotional content across multiple channels. You’ll be at the centre of media management, file delivery, QC, and day-to-day technical troubleshooting—keeping projects running smoothly and output broadcast-ready.

What you’ll do:
• Manage media in/out and create TX, social, and off-air deliverables
• Ensure technical accuracy using tools like Content Agent and Vidchecker
• Troubleshoot Avid, Adobe, Pro Tools, and general workflow issues
• Support shoot workflows and manage assets for external post
• Maintain compliance with local broadcast regulations
• Help refine processes, documentation, and new tech rollout

What you bring:
• Broadcast or facility tech-ops experience
• Strong Avid and Adobe workflow skills
• Solid understanding of file formats, codecs, and file-based workflows
• Calm, organised, detail-driven approach
• Great communication and stakeholder skills
