It suits someone who values autonomy, senior conversations, and being measured on outcomes not activity.
Compensation reflects the responsibility: strong base, meaningful commission, and equity that makes the upside personal.
· 3–6 years in digital ad sales or media partnerships, with a focus on Brazil and other
· Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
· Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Comfortable working independently and across time zones
