Job Description
We’re working with a fast-growing international streaming business operating in the FAST and AVOD space, delivering sports, entertainment and lifestyle content across smart TVs, CTV devices and mobile platforms. They are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join their on-site team in Switzerland.
What the role involves

Owning and optimising programmatic ad inventory across multiple SSPs

Managing VAST and VMAP ad tag setup, troubleshooting and performance

Working with SSAI to ensure smooth ad delivery across FAST and AVOD channels

Monitoring fill rates, CPMs and overall ad revenue across platforms

Ensuring ads.txt and app-ads.txt compliance

Analysing performance data to identify yield optimisation opportunities

Troubleshooting ad delivery issues across CTV, mobile and web environments

Working closely with internal teams and external ad partners to maximise revenue
What we’re looking for

2–4 years’ experience in ad operations, ideally within video, CTV or OTT

Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including RTB and PMPs

Hands-on experience with VAST, VMAP and related ad specifications

Experience working with SSPs such as SpotX, Publica, FreeWheel, Magnite or PubMatic
-
Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting

Experience within FAST or AVOD platforms is a strong plus

Familiarity with SSAI platforms is beneficial
