About the Role
An established international technology manufacturer is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth across the United States. The organization designs and delivers advanced network-based infrastructure systems used in complex, high-performance production environments.
This role focuses on expanding strategic accounts, acquiring new enterprise customers, and strengthening indirect sales channels. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial leadership, deep technical credibility, and a demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue growth in specialized technology markets.
This is a remote position with national travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and deliver sustained revenue growth.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts through structured account planning and executive engagement.

Identify and secure new business opportunities across established and emerging vertical markets.

Build and strengthen channel partnerships through coordinated go-to-market initiatives, joint pipeline development, and enablement programs.

Deliver consultative, solution-based sales engagements tailored to complex customer requirements.

Present and demonstrate advanced infrastructure solutions to executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and customer forums.

Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and evolving customer requirements to inform commercial strategy.

Travel as required to support account development and partnership growth.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in broadcast, media technology, network infrastructure, or adjacent technical sectors.

Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and expanding key accounts.

Experience working with enterprise-level organizations and indirect channel partners.

Strong understanding of network-based production workflows, signal transport, control systems, and audio/video technologies (or comparable technical infrastructure).

Demonstrated ability to engage both C-level decision makers and technical engineering teams.

Skilled in CRM systems, structured pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting.

Self-motivated, independent, and performance-oriented.

Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
