Job Description
A globally recognised innovator in IP-based media infrastructure solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Key Accounts to drive strategic growth across North America.
This role is ideal for a relationship-led sales professional who thrives on developing long-term partnerships, expanding revenue within existing strategic accounts, and positioning complex technical solutions across multiple vertical markets.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a portfolio of key customers and partners across broadcast, media, and enterprise environments. The primary focus is expanding and retaining existing strategic accounts, while identifying selective new business opportunities aligned with regional growth objectives.
The position operates across both:

Direct enterprise clients (broadcasters, content creators, finance, corporate, education, house of worship, etc.)

Indirect channels including system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
This is a consultative, solution-led role requiring commercial acumen and technical credibility.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management (Primary Focus)

Own and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts as the primary commercial contact

Create and execute structured account growth plans to expand share of wallet

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across technical, operational, and procurement teams

Drive retention and long-term adoption across full solution lifecycles

Align customer roadmaps with evolving IP-based production and infrastructure strategies
Solution Selling & Portfolio Development

Act as a consultative advisor across audio, video, IP infrastructure, control, and monitoring workflows

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across departments and workflows
-
Guide customers through technology transitions, including IP migration and modern production architectures

Position solutions within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Channel & Partner Engagement

Maintain and grow relationships with key system integrators and resellers

Support opportunity development and joint account planning

Ensure strong positioning in major infrastructure projects

Collaborate internally to ensure partner enablement and alignment
Selective New Business Development (Secondary Focus)

Identify strategic new logo opportunities within priority verticals
-
Expand footprint into adjacent enterprise sectors

Contribute to pipeline development through structured networking and market engagement
About You
You will likely bring:

Proven experience in account management or strategic solution sales within:

Demonstrable success growing revenue within existing complex accounts

Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments (technical & commercial)

Exposure to both direct enterprise sales and indirect/channel models

Strong commercial discipline in account planning and forecasting

Ability to confidently engage in workflow-based discussions with engineering and operations teams
Desirable:

Knowledge of IP-based signal transport (e.g., SMPTE ST 2110)

Understanding of modern production workflows and infrastructure transformation
