The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow business across the DACH region. This is a senior, customer-facing role responsible for managing key accounts, developing regional sales strategy, and expanding partner and end-user relationships.

You will work closely with other EMEA-based account executives and cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and senior sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Management

  • Own overall account and client management within the assigned territory

  • Develop and execute regionally focused business plans

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, partners, resellers, and integrators

  • Represent the company’s solutions within the broadcast, AV, and enterprise markets

  • Act as a brand ambassador, confidently presenting and demonstrating products to senior decision-makers

  • Attend and represent the company at regional and international trade shows

  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to define territory goals, strategy, and execution plans

  • Contribute to regular internal meetings to drive growth and reinforce company culture

Technical & Pre-Sales Support

  • Provide pre-sales technical and architectural overviews to customers and partners

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and forecasts for internal and client-facing meetings

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and territory business plans

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Skills & Experience

  • Strong sales background with experience in relevant technology, broadcast, AV, or enterprise markets

  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Highly customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Results-driven with the drive and resilience to close complex deals
