About the Role

We are working with a globally recognised leader in professional audio, designing and manufacturing industry-leading consoles and production tools for over 50 years. From global touring artists and world-class studios to broadcast and next-generation creators, our technology powers some of the most iconic moments in music and entertainment.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of our global online commercial programmes. You will drive digital strategy across acquisition, retention and eCommerce performance, working closely with sales, product and marketing teams to deliver measurable commercial growth.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone with deep digital expertise, strong commercial instinct and the ability to translate data into action.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital strategies that drive brand visibility, acquisition and revenue growth

  • Lead customer lifecycle activity including lead generation, upsell, cross-sell, retention and reactivation

  • Plan and optimise paid media, SEO, social advertising, email and marketing automation campaigns

  • Drive performance across multiple eCommerce platforms, including subscription models

  • Own digital reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking, turning insight into commercial action

  • Analyse site and customer data to identify growth opportunities

  • Manage eCommerce product content, SKUs and optimisation

  • Maintain CRM and customer databases in line with best practice and GDPR compliance

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver projects effectively


Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience leading digital marketing in a fast-moving technology or eCommerce environment

  • Proven success driving acquisition, retention and online sales growth

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into clear strategic decisions

  • Experience managing CRM, CMS and email marketing platforms

  • Strong knowledge of analytics, dashboards and goal setting

  • Proven experience across paid social and digital advertising platforms

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar

  • Confident communicator, highly organised and detail-oriented

  • Degree-level qualification in marketing or related discipline

  • Experience within professional audio, AV, media or technology retail preferred

  • Passion for audio, recording or music technology
