Location: Atlanta | US Travel Required
We are working with an innovative technology organisation seeking a Support Technician to join their growing technical team.
This is a highly customer-facing position where you will play a key role in delivering on-site and remote technical support, ensuring systems are running efficiently and clients receive a high level of service.
The Role

Provide remote and on-site support for hardware and software systems

Install, configure, and maintain technical solutions in customer environments

Troubleshoot complex issues across networking and AV systems

Deliver training and guidance to end users and partners

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues

Travel to customer sites across the US as required (approx. 40%)
What We’re Looking For

Strong background in networking and technical support

Experience within the audio-visual industry
-
Exposure to relevant hardware/software systems (e.g. video/streaming or similar technologies)

Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills

A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and learn

Willingness to travel and attend customer sites
Desirable

IT networking certifications or CTS accreditation
Package

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 (flexibility for exceptional candidates)

Additional payments for after-hours support rotation

Travel expenses covered via per diem
