Regional Sales Manager – Asia (Singapore)
Location: Singapore
Position Overview
We are looking for a driven sales professional to join a growing commercial team, focused on generating new business revenue across key vertical markets. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a new business strategy, with a strong focus on sectors such as Healthcare, Corporate Enterprise, Public Sector, and Large Venues.
You will engage directly with end users, consultants, and channel partners, managing opportunities from initial qualification through to close, while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators, and strategic channel partners across the Asia region.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations to develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute a targeted new business strategy aligned with regional revenue goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify priority accounts and routes to market.
- Manage and forecast a healthy pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM reporting and visibility of risks and progress.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently present solutions to prospective customers.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, collaborating with internal teams across sales, marketing, product, and technical functions.
- Attend industry events and follow up on leads to generate and progress opportunities.
- Consistently achieve new business revenue targets.
Experience & Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability in pipeline management and sales forecasting, with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar).
- Commercially focused with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Willingness to travel across the Asia region, with occasional international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B technology sales with a strong track record of generating new business.
- Experience working within AV, IT, or related technology sectors, including engagement with consultants, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g. Mandarin or Japanese) are advantageous.
