Regional Sales Manager – Benelux (Netherlands)

Location: Netherlands (covering Benelux region)


Position Overview

We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive new business growth across the Benelux region. This role is focused on building and executing a regional sales strategy across key sectors including Corporate Enterprise, Healthcare, Public Sector, and Large Venues.

You will work closely with end users, consultants, and channel partners, managing the full sales cycle while maintaining strong pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners across Benelux.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Execute a targeted new business strategy aligned with regional revenue objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting within CRM systems.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Lead negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to close deals.
  • Attend industry events and convert leads into active opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel across the Benelux region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B technology sales with a focus on new business.
  • Background in AV, IT, or related technology sectors.
  • Experience working with channel partners, consultants, and integrators.
  • Fluency in English required; Dutch and/or French advantageous.
