Job Description
Our client a leading global branding and design agency, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Production Manager to join their dynamic team on a full time, permanent basis. As a Creative Production Manager, you will be working directly with the Creative Director & VP Creative in managing the team and supporting the daily operation, implementation and execution or projects.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel & equipment to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage the budgets of projects, reporting costs to stakeholders and senior team members throughout the process.
- Liaise closely with Senior Leadership to review workflows, drive efficiencies and ensure best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within a creative environment across multiple projects
- Excellent time management & organisation skills as well as a high attention to detail
- Extensive experience managing production or project budgets
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional manner
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across seniority levels
