Our award-winning multimedia production client is seeking an experienced Finance Director where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their financial future. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing financial strategies, overseeing accounting and reporting functions, and providing leadership to the finance team. You'll collaborate closely with the Executive Team to ensure alignment with business goals, maximise revenue, and optimise operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Team to align financial strategy with business objectives.
• Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and expertise at all levels.
• Own and execute long-term financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.
• Oversee the preparation of management accounts and business reporting.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow and risk management.
• Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Drive decision-making processes, ensuring mitigation of risks and maximizing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation and company policies.

Requirements:

• Extensive financial leadership experience, preferably in the broadcast industry.
• Proficiency in financial operations, including planning, reporting, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to strategic decision-making.
• Experience in forecasting and scaling business operations.
