Job Description
Our client, a location sound recording, crewing and audio facilities company based in West London, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Equipment & Asset Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Kitroom upkeep, ensuring that all equipment is maintained, labelled and securely stored.
- Liaising with clients and managing the logistics of gathering kit and preparing sound equipment to go on site.
- Logging, sending and tracking equipment out for repairs
- Preparing carnets and official documents to send to production companies
Required Skills:
- Strong passion for the broadcast industry, and a working knowledge of sound equipment is an added bonus!
- Keen eye for detail and administrative skills across Microsoft Office, Google Suite & Apple Numbers
- Strong IT skills and an apptitude for picking up new booking / finance software systems.
- Personability in maintaining client and sound recordist relationships
- Confidence in working independently and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Please note this role is based full time on site in West London and hours are 09:30-5:30 Monday to Friday.
