We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Broadcast Engineer to join a fast growing broadcast solution provider. This position is ideal for a technical expert eager to immerse themselves in the dynamic field of broadcast solutions, with the opportunity to grow into an Engineering Manager role. You will play a pivotal role in the installation, support, and maintenance of advanced broadcast and production technologies, ensuring the seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions in studios and on Outside Broadcast (OB) locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Lead the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadcast graphics systems, augmented reality (AR), virtual studio rigging, and other advanced production tools.
• On-Site Support: Provide hands-on technical rigging and real-time support during live projects, ensuring high-quality execution under tight deadlines.
• Solution Implementation: Assist in the design and deployment of innovative production systems tailored to client requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies, contributing to the refinement of workflows and enhancement of broadcast and production processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: At least 7+ years in broadcast engineering, with exposure to studio and OB environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in systems such as Vizrt, Chyron Prime, Ross Xpression, and Unreal Engine.
• Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and freelancers.
