Job Description

As a motivated Full-stack developer, you'll be responsible for the creation of innovative products that ensure sports fans receive an enriched viewing experience across major global sporting events. You'll be working within a highly-skilled and enthusiastic cross-functional team dedicated to delivering the highest quality of code and attention to detail with your collective outputs viewed by millions of sports fans.

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Full Stack Development: Tasked with the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based sports-data products, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across front-end and back-end.
  • Lifecycle Management: Responsible for working on all stages of the development lifecycle, including initial design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborative Engineering: Work in close collaboration with cross-function teams across the front-end and back-end, aiming to create scalable and robust solutions.
  • Adherence to high-quality coding standards, detailed code reviews, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Innovation and Expertise: Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends, advocating for and implementing novel features to boost application performance and user interaction.

 

What you'll bring to the role:

  • A minimum of four years experience in full stack development, supported by a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • MERN stack, Electron, Next.js, Vue.js, GraphQL, Material-UI, and Tailwind CSS 
  • Strong understanding of JSON Schema. 
  • Proficiency with database management (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Experienced in utilizing Electron or Tauri for the encapsulation and integration of desktop applications
  • Familiar with agile development practices and proficient in using version control systems like Git.
  • Well-versed in cloud computing services (Azure or AWS), and API development.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills.
