Job Description
As an experienced Account Executive, you’ll play an important role in driving technical sales and revenue through new business development within an internationally leading provider of intelligent AV & Video technology solutions. You’ll be a self-motivated individual with proven technical sales experience in high-level, complex, federal sales environments focused on technology solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement regional business plans and goals, targeting new and existing customers within the Federal Law Enforcement space.
- Promote products and maintain relationships with Professional AV, IT, and Networking Integrators & resellers, and government clients.
- Enhance partnerships and forge new ones to expand market reach.
- Demonstrate products, manage accounts, and produce sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, participate in sales meetings, and travel 25-50% within the region.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in video processing, IP video technologies, advanced IP networking, Enterprise software, or the control room market.
- Strong technical background in streaming video, unified communications, or control room/operation centre industries.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer relationship skills and a history of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with both direct and channel-based federal sales models is essential.
