Job Description
An established and growing technology company is urgently seeking a Production Technician to join its in-house production team. This role involves hands-on assembly, configuration, and testing of advanced hardware and software systems used in high-performance environments. The ideal candidate has a solid technical foundation, thrives in structured processes, and takes pride in producing high-quality, reliable work.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and integrate computer-based systems, including installing components (GPUs, cards), operating systems, and configuring software.

Test and troubleshoot systems for functionality, reliability, and performance.

Set up and support standard IT/networking hardware, including switches, routers, and workstations.

Follow documented procedures for assembly, testing, and quality control.

Maintain accurate inventory and a clean, organized workspace.

Identify issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve defects.

Provide feedback to support continuous improvement of production workflows.

Manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment with consistent output.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical support role.

Comfortable with both mechanical assembly and basic software configuration.

Familiarity with operating systems, IP networking, and reading wiring/build documentation.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow repeatable processes precisely.

Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

High school diploma required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
Work Conditions:

100% in-office (no remote work).

Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (some flexibility).
