We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading audio-visual experience company that specialises in designing and delivering immersive environments across sport, leisure, museums, exhibitions, and cultural venues. With a reputation for blending creative production with robust audio-visual integration, this company engineers environments that leave lasting impressions.

You’ll lead the delivery of innovative audio-visual projects—from concept through completion. From immersive exhibitions and interactive galleries to branded environments and public installations, you'll bring structure and clarity to creative, technically rich programmes.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage delivery of multiple audio-visual installation projects across varied sector.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, procurement, and risk.
• Coordinate technical, engineering, and production teams.
• Build strong client, contractor, and supplier relationships.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and change control.
• Support large or complex projects alongside senior delivery leads.

What you'll bring:

• Proven project management experience in audio-visual, exhibitions, fit-out, or live production
• Strong team coordination and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing ability
• A calm, organised approach in fast-moving, creative environments
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing multiple deadlines
