We are looking for an experienced sales manager with a background in building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, resellers and integrators for a leading global organisation delivering advanced networking solutions to industry-defining professional audio-visual and broadcast clients. What you will be doing:
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, resellers and integrators.
- Plan and deliver training programs for partner staff and provide on-going support.
- Support sales activities by visiting end users with partners.
- Plan and manage incentive programs to boost sales.
- Create and present sales and activity reports.
- Understand business direction to help create mid- to long-term sales strategies.
- Improve and build efficient sales operations.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in the network equipment industry or a closely related field.
- Business-level English skills and a strong desire to grow professionally.
- Experience working with wireless networking products.
- Strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Experience improving processes and creating efficient systems.
- Highly self-motivated and able to take initiative.
