Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales manager with a background in building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, resellers and integrators for a leading global organisation delivering advanced networking solutions to industry-defining professional audio-visual and broadcast clients. What you will be doing:

  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, resellers and integrators.
  • Plan and deliver training programs for partner staff and provide on-going support.
  • Support sales activities by visiting end users with partners.
  • Plan and manage incentive programs to boost sales.
  • Create and present sales and activity reports.
  • Understand business direction to help create mid- to long-term sales strategies.
  • Improve and build efficient sales operations.

 

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the network equipment industry or a closely related field.
  • Business-level English skills and a strong desire to grow professionally.
  • Experience working with wireless networking products.
  • Strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Experience improving processes and creating efficient systems.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to take initiative.
