Solutions Consultant – Media Technology (Los Angeles)
A leading global provider of media infrastructure solutions is seeking a Solution Consultant to join its North American team. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing engagement, supporting innovative video distribution and processing solutions for the broadcast media industry.
As a Solution Consultant, you will be a key technical partner to customers and internal teams, helping to design, implement, and support high-performance video contribution and distribution systems. You will play a critical role in pre-sales strategy, technical demonstrations, solution architecture, and post-sale success.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales technical consultation for contribution, distribution, and OTT applications.

Support system design, installation, proof of concept deployments, and workflow integration.

Collaborate with sales, product, and services teams to develop commercially viable solutions.

Present solutions and business cases to executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Respond to RFPs/RFIs, contribute to white papers, and support trade shows and industry events.

Travel up to 50% within North America.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in technical sales, solution architecture, or systems engineering in broadcast or telecom environments.

Strong knowledge of video compression technologies, IP transport (ST 2110, 2022-6), and OTT workflows.

Proficiency in networking (Layer 2/3), SDN, orchestration, and broadcast control interfaces (NMOS, REST).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
