We’re working on behalf of a premier broadcast and virtual production company seeking a Virtual & Broadcast Engineer to support cutting-edge broadcast and production operations. Based in Secaucus, NJ, this role offers hands-on involvement in studio installations, live production support, and the integration of next-gen graphics systems—Unreal Engine, Vizrt, Chyron, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Configure, install, and maintain video, audio, and virtual production systems.
- Support on-site and remote productions with technical troubleshooting and system integration.
- Manage studio and field broadcast setups, including rack builds, cabling, and networking.
- Contribute to high-profile event coverage by ensuring technical excellence across systems.
- Maintain equipment inventories and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in broadcast engineering or technical production.
- Strong background in broadcast workflows—IP networking, SDI, video/audio signal flow.
- Familiarity with virtual production platforms (e.g., Unreal Engine, Pixotope, Mo-Sys).
- Proficient with A/V equipment, routers, KVMs, fiber, Dante/DMX audio, and video walls.
- Self-starter with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with OB/studio environments, LED wall setup, or immersive content production.
