As the Lead AV/Broadcast Installation Technician, you’ll help deliver cutting-edge AV, display and broadcast solutions for some of the most advanced arenas, stadiums, casinos, and live production venues in the world. You’ll lead on-site crews, install high-performance technology, and ensure every system meets the highest standards. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead small to mid-sized installation projects and supervise on-site technicians.
- Support senior leads on larger deployments.
- Interpret and execute work based on technical drawings (CAD, Bluebeam, etc) and digital plans.
- Coordinate daily site logistics, scheduling, and contractor collaboration.
- Install, terminate, and test cabling and system hardware in various environments.
- Perform system setup, testing, documentation, and basic user training.
- Manage deliveries, inventory, and maintain a clean, safe worksite.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and contribute to process improvements.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 2–5 years in Audio-visual or broadcast systems deployments with team leadership experience.
- Proficient in reading schematics and performing system integration and testing.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work occasional evenings & weekends.
- High school diploma required; technical training or certifications preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
