An established and growing technology company is urgently seeking a Production Technician to join its in-house production team. This role involves hands-on assembly, configuration, and testing of advanced hardware and software systems used in high-performance environments. The ideal candidate has a solid technical foundation, thrives in structured processes, and takes pride in producing high-quality, reliable work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and integrate computer-based systems, including installing components (GPUs, cards), operating systems, and configuring software.

  • Test and troubleshoot systems for functionality, reliability, and performance.

  • Set up and support standard IT/networking hardware, including switches, routers, and workstations.

  • Follow documented procedures for assembly, testing, and quality control.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and a clean, organized workspace.

  • Identify issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve defects.

  • Provide feedback to support continuous improvement of production workflows.

  • Manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment with consistent output.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical support role.

  • Comfortable with both mechanical assembly and basic software configuration.

  • Familiarity with operating systems, IP networking, and reading wiring/build documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow repeatable processes precisely.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

  • High school diploma required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

Work Conditions:

  • 100% in-office (no remote work).

  • Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (some flexibility).

  • Overtime opportunities available and compensated.

  • Immediate start preferred – this role is a top hiring priority.
