Job Description
We’re partnering with a leading name in the creative events production space and a film equipment rental company to find a proactive and highly organised Warehouse / Operations Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Running the day-to-day operation of a busy equipment warehouse.

Leading a team to ensure smooth scheduling, efficient packing and dispatch, and precise job delivery.

Creating and enforcing workflows, rota planning, and resource allocation.

Maintaining and improving warehouse layout, organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Overseeing inventory with the Asset Coordinator – including reporting, damage control, and loss prevention.

Supporting staff training and development to meet high client expectations.

Acting as a key communication hub between warehouse, bookings, and wider operations teams.

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal safety policies.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership in a warehouse or operational environment – events or production experience a big plus.

A confident communicator who can juggle multiple priorities and keep calm under pressure.

Experience with warehouse management systems and an eye for improving processes.

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practice.

A team player who leads by example, and knows when to roll up their sleeves.

Strong attention to detail – you know when something’s not packed quite right or a rota needs tweaking.
This role is fully on site from the company offices in South London, Monday - Friday with shift patterns covering 8-4,9-5 & 10-7.
