Job Description
We’re working with a well-established supplier in the broadcast, AV, and media technology space who are looking for a Field Sales Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of customers across the UK, with the opportunity to expand over time. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing accounts, and spotting opportunities in a fast-moving, technical market.
In this role, you’ll act as the face of the business, meeting customers, identifying solutions, and driving both retention and new business. You’ll work closely with internal teams, support key industry events, and play an important part in shaping future market growth.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis and depending on candidates location, the time onsite at the company HQ in Buckingham will be flexible.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage and grow a portfolio of UK customer accounts
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue
• Prospect, qualify and secure new business within your territory
• Maintain a consistent schedule of customer visits, presentations and demos
• Keep your pipeline accurate and up to date through effective CRM use
• Attend major industry events including MPTS in London and IBC in Amsterdam
• Share market insight with internal teams and support overall sales strategy
What we’re looking for
• B2B field sales or account management experience
• Proven track record of growing accounts and winning new business
• Consultative selling style and confident negotiation skills
• Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organisational skills and reliable CRM management
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable
• Experience in broadcast, AV, media tech, live events or systems integration
• Understanding of reseller or integration channel models
• Interest in developing into a wider European remit
