AV Service Technician –  US based + Travel

Are you passionate about solving complex AV challenges and keeping high-performance systems running smoothly? We’re looking for a skilled AV Service Technician to join our client service & support team, where you’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining custom commercial audio and video systems.

This role is hands-on, client-facing, and dynamic—perfect for someone who thrives on variety. One day you may be diagnosing a signal flow issue, the next configuring DSPs or fine-tuning a Crestron or Q-Sys system. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure systems perform flawlessly, all while delivering top-notch service and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of AV service experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting, design, and installation.

• Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, and DSP configuration.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Valid driver’s license; CTS certification (or ability to earn within a year).
