Project Manager – Live Events

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in live events and touring to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical challenges, and can confidently manage high-profile clients and complex projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong professional relationships.

• Leading technical briefings and coordinating equipment and crew across departments.

• Attending and surveying sites to assess requirements, logistics, and safety standards.

• Liaising with venue managers and contributing to event design proposals.

• Overseeing project delivery and supporting onsite operations when required.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid live events/touring experience as a touring technician, now looking to step into a leadership role.

• Strong technical knowledge (lasers, pyrotechnics, lighting).

• Confidence working with major clients and large-scale accounts.

• Personable, approachable, and professional, with proven client liaison skills.

• Experience in equipment and logistics management.

• Full driving license.

Nice to have:

• Experience with rigging/stage drawings.

• Project Management qualifications or equivalent live events PM experience.
