Project Manager – Live Events
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in live events and touring to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical challenges, and can confidently manage high-profile clients and complex projects.
What you’ll be doing:

Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong professional relationships.

Leading technical briefings and coordinating equipment and crew across departments.

Attending and surveying sites to assess requirements, logistics, and safety standards.

Liaising with venue managers and contributing to event design proposals.

Overseeing project delivery and supporting onsite operations when required.
What we’re looking for:

Solid live events/touring experience as a touring technician, now looking to step into a leadership role.

Strong technical knowledge (lasers, pyrotechnics, lighting).

Confidence working with major clients and large-scale accounts.
-
Personable, approachable, and professional, with proven client liaison skills.

Experience in equipment and logistics management.

Full driving license.
Nice to have:

Experience with rigging/stage drawings.

Project Management qualifications or equivalent live events PM experience.
